Fortune Plaza Mall is the story of how a handful of visionaries took an ordinary idea like a shopping centre and turned it into a world-class destination. Built on a plot of 1,50,000 sq. ft, the Mall is a located within Ichalkaranji City and representing a unique destination, with stores, attractions and services combining to form the most comprehensive and integrated retail, hospitality and entertainment complex.
Concept
The design intent for Fortune Plaza Mall was to create a shopping destination for the city of Ichalkaranji. This four-storey retail complex which offers unique open spaces and outdoor amenities as well as a wide range of shops, cinemas, entertainment facilities, department stores and a hypermarket. The innovative design takes into consideration the moderate climate and integrates the landscaping within the building, harmonising indoor & outdoor environments at every level and creates a sense of continuity that encourages a more dynamic pedestrian flow. The result will be an exciting myriad of stepped greenery, waterscapes, outdoor scenery with event spaces and dining.
