About Us

The group began with a small Tobacco company called as Vrajalal shah and company and it was commenced by late Mr.Vrajalal shah and later ran by MR.Kanak vrajalal shah in late 1940's. They then exported in states like Gujarat, Kerala and some part of Andhra Pradesh. In the starting 2000's the group was diverted in Real estates because the Tobacco industry was getting Faded away because Government Policies and overall competition.

The group started with their first Residential building Called as Shraddha sankul,After it showed positive growth the company Expanded with its next 10 projects in Kolhapur district itself of both Residential and commercial.

In 2010 the company started a Commercial complex let by Mr. Viren shah where they signed a big bazaar in the underground floor. They then signed up with brands like Provogue ,Killer ,Cafe coffee day etc which Gradually gave Rise to a mall called Fortune Plaza. This was the first ever mall in WESTERN MAHARASHTRA. Right now there are around 20 brands in the plaza with well known products and accessories .The food court has let in customer walkin in day to day activity.

After seeing the potential of this New project they felt the need of Multiplex and within 2 years they came up with a Lavish 3 screen Multiplex called as Fortune Cineplex. It was the first Multiplex of ICHALKARANJI which was very successful project for the company.

Since the City was called as Manchester of Maharashtra It was the biggest business center of Textile. So there was a potential for a good 3 star hotel and the company came up with hotel called as Hotel Grand Fortune. It was a luxury Hotel with 32 premium AC rooms for the first time in the city. Also with the success of hotel a Banquet was built with the capacity of 400-600 pax which is centralized Air-conditioned.
